We are asking for your permission to use your testimony/comments on our service in our new website.
We need to use your full name and location. Ex : John Smith - Corpus Christi, TX. (No physical address will be used)   Please limit your testimony to 50 words or less.
 
Our business clients will need to use their full name and the name of their business.

Optional with your request: A photo of the front of your residence or business storefront can be placed on our website.
